Once my headache has gone I will tell you all about last night! Now I’m off to a rehearsal for my role as Rapunzel! Hope they don’t have the wig today, I don’t feel that strong…

How’s everything?
Oh yes, me in this “identity crisis”, I always LOVED the soprano repertoire (esp. full lyric - dramatic sop rep, like all the big Strauss, all the rep Fleming and Mattila sing) and now the with all the low Fs, Es, Ds etc below middle C and comments I’m actually a mezzo came completely as a shock to me!! lols… But as mezzos also have high Cs and Ds - it’s all about the tessitura that is more confortable, not so much the range - people keep changing fach all the time. Maybe in 5 years time I’ll find out I’m a soprano with a good *bottom* (in the voice! Not the *other* bottom ;-) lols) after all!! hehe. Well, soprano, mezzo… everything is nice :-) There is room for everybody! (but PLEASE DON’T ask me to play a boy … oh no… I don’t like THAT aspect of being mezzo… shhhh)
